omnidirectional pickup pattern for consistent sound even when speakers turn

The 3.5mm TRRS plug works with cameras, DSLRs, smartphones and tablets (some
devices may need a separate adapter). It comes with a 4m (13 ft) cable, giving
flexibility in positioning. In addition to the cable mic unit, the package
includes a small battery (LR44) to power the microphone if the recording device
does not supply bias voltage (as many cameras do).
